Checklist for ATAA-VNIIK Dual Registration

1. DOWNLOAD Foal/Horse ATAA-VNIIK Registration fillable PDF Form onto your computer, fill in the text, print, then fill in the drawings, and sign. (NOTE: Foal Registration MUST be received by ATAA Registrar by October 1st of the foal’s birth year.)
2. Submit the following photos (4” x 6”)
   1. Two full body shots, left side, right side. Hooves must be visible, and all 4 legs.
   2. Front of the horse (entire horse visible), the photographer needs to kneel down to get all 4 legs visible to see all the leg markings.
   3. Rear of the horse (entire horse visible), the photographer needs to kneel down to get all 4 legs visible to see all the leg markings.
   4. Face markings, sent in additional pictures please, our breed is famous for them.
   5. Foal registration, please include at least one picture of your foal with the dam.
3. In the case of foal registration, submit Breeding Certificate Form (provided here) OR signed breeding contract from stallion owner.
4. Submit DNA sample to ATAA Registrar (hair and DNA genetics form) – follow directions. (DNA testing cost is already incorporated into the registration fee.)
5. Payment in the form of a check or money order, see chart for appropriate fee. Important Note: You are encouraged to join the ATAA at the same time, which will reduce your registration fees. ATAA members have the option of paying online via PayPal with an added fee.
